I didn't get an answer but received advise to call the churh. What I did do is use the contact button on the church's site and emailed my question directly to them.

I have done on line help before I like the idea of it but it still is based on the individual who you get. If you get a customer service orientated person it is a great service.

I think that is true. I probably would have called the church myself and given the answer to the patron. Good service though.
